Offering a range of heated yoga classes — including Original Hot Yoga (26+2), Hot Chapel Flow, Hot Vinyasa, Warm Yin, Rest & Restore, and 26 & 2 Hot & Chill — the studio uses state-of-the-art heating and experienced teachers to guide students of all backgrounds on a healing journey towards happier, healthier and more radiant lives.
