The Life Centre North is Manchester's leading movement studio, located in the Great Northern Warehouse in the heart of the city centre. Offering 45+ classes per week across hot yoga, dynamic yoga, pilates, calisthenics, rocket yoga, ashtanga, yin yoga, restorative, meditation and more, the studio is home to Manchester's largest and most diverse hot studio programme.

Classes are taught by some of the city's finest teachers and cater to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
