The Pilates Clinic is one of South West London's most experienced specialist Pilates studios, founded in Wimbledon in 2012 by Lisa Lamberti, who has taught Pilates since 2000. Based at Red Studios in SW19, the studio offers Reformer group classes, Tower classes, Wunda Chair classes, semi-private sessions, duets, private one-to-one appointments, and online mat classes.

All instructors are BASI-trained with extensive experience in clinical conditions including scoliosis, osteoporosis, hypermobility, disc injuries, MS, Parkinson's, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Class sizes are kept small to ensure personal instruction, making it suitable for everyone from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
