The Pilates Lounge is a tranquil, light-filled boutique studio on Skerries Road in the heart of Rush, north Co. Dublin, founded in 2019 by STOTT Pilates-certified instructor Louisa Fahy.

It offers mat Pilates (max 10 people), small-group Reformer classes on eight machines (max 8 people per class) and BarreConcept, with beginner (Level 1), improver and intermediate (Level 2) options on weekday mornings, evenings and weekends. Classes are pre-booked online through Legit Fit, and a library of 40+ pre-recorded online classes is available by monthly subscription.

Clients praise the friendly, encouraging teaching, the bright, spotless space and the focus on correct alignment, with something for every age and fitness level.
