The Pilates Room is a boutique Pilates studio in Dungarvan, fully equipped with finely crafted BASI Systems Pilates equipment. Run by Nicola Ferguson, a BASI-certified comprehensive Pilates teacher with 18 years of experience and specialist training in injuries and pathologies, the studio offers a calm, welcoming and uplifting space to reconnect body and mind.

Classes are available as private one-to-one sessions, semi-private sessions and group reformer classes, suitable for all levels from complete beginners to elite athletes. Clients come to build core strength, reduce back pain, improve posture and athletic performance, or retrain the body after injury or surgery.

Newcomers are advised to start with a Reformer Foundations class, and anyone recovering from injury is encouraged to begin with private sessions. The studio also hosts BASI Pilates teacher training.
