The Space Between

The Space Between is a contemporary yoga and wellbeing studio at 28 Fenian Street in Dublin 2, built around two rooms called HERE and NOW. HERE is a light-filled, pared-back space for movement and stillness, while NOW is a darker, heated and contemplative room that hosts state-of-the-art infra-red hot yoga. The studio is rated 4.

9 on Mindbody and has a booking app for classes and events. It also runs workshops and events, a digital studio for online classes, corporate workplace wellbeing sessions and private hire. All are welcome, and dogs can hang out in the tea-shop.
