Strike Box Northampton is a ladies-only boxing and HIIT studio set up like a small nightclub — dark walls, neon lights, and funky dance tunes. Sessions combine high-intensity bag work with dumbbell and kettlebell intervals, burning serious calories while keeping the vibe fun and non-intimidating.

Every member wears a MyZone heart-rate belt so coaches can offer personalised guidance, and live stats are displayed on a big screen during class. No boxing experience is needed; all fitness levels are welcome.
