The Workroom Gym is a small community gym in Firhouse, Dublin, based at the Firhouse Carmel F.C. Clubhouse. It offers small group personal training with sessions capped at 8 people, so coaches can give hands-on, tailored coaching in a friendly, non-intimidating setting.

The focus is on functional fitness foundations: good movement patterns, simple nutrition and recovery strategies, and attention to mindset and mental health. Memberships include monthly check-ins, in-person workshops and talks, and online meditation sessions. Bookings are flexible through an app, so you are not locked into a set day or time.

Workouts can be adapted for injuries and for pre and post natal clients. Alongside small group training, the studio offers 1-1 personal training, corporate wellness and a teen gym. The team includes owner Sonia and coach Louise, a former Riverdance principal dancer.
