These Women Do (TWD) is a women-only fitness community based in Sale, Manchester, founded by Becca Broadbent. What began in 2016 as 'These Mums Do' — a mission to help new mums get active — has grown into a broader community where women find strength, friendship and their own version of fitness.

Becca is a Level 3 Qualified PT and England Athletics Run Leader who offers small group training (max 5 people), personal training, a women's-only run club for all speeds and abilities, and online nutrition programmes run in partnership with qualified nutritionist Debbie Gallimore.

The ethos is supportive, encouraging and fun — a space where fitness feels like catching up with friends and every woman feels she belongs.
