TNT Gym Sligo is a family-run gym at Ballast Quay in County Sligo, on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way coast. Members train on Hammer Strength, Cybex and Technogym machines, with 10+ power racks, plenty of dumbbells, cable and plate-loaded stations, and a full cardio floor. A Hyrox-style area includes a 25 metre astro track for sled pushes, plus rowers and ski ergs.

Two large rooms host classes including MMA, calisthenics, Bodypump, HIIT and resistance training, led by experienced trainers and personal trainers. The atmosphere is friendly and community-minded, open from 6am on weekdays and 8am at weekends.
