The Fitness Studio (TFS) is a family-run fitness studio in Sligo, founded by certified trainer Eithne Cromey, who introduced step classes to County Sligo in 1990.

Today Eithne runs the studio with her sons Luke and Jake, offering a timetable of group classes such as Hybrid Circuit Training, Kangoo Jumps, Body Blast and Pilates-Sculpt, alongside in-person personal training with an in-house bodybuilder.

Members can choose from a week pass, class packs, monthly packages and an open gym pass, and online personal training and consulting is available through TFS Online. The studio's aim is to keep fitness fun, accessible and community-focused for everyone.
