Storm Body Fitness is a small-group training and personal coaching studio at Cleveragh Industrial Estate in Sligo, led by head coach and founder Keith Richardson. The studio focuses on strength and conditioning, individual coaching and nutrition guidance, with every programme built around the client's own goals rather than generic workouts.

Sessions are kept deliberately small, technique-focused and structured, with a strong emphasis on progress over perfection, consistency and having fun. Members get access to a coaching app with training, nutrition and progress tracking, plus a members' community board.
