Sauna Sásta is a beachside sauna experience at Dunmoran Strand on the Wild Atlantic Way in Co. Sligo, run full time by Jacky Burnside, a primary teacher on a career break. Guests heat up in the sauna, enjoy sea views through a large window, then cool off with a dip in the Atlantic and return for another round.

Besides regular sessions, the studio offers special themed sessions such as full moon, sunset, candlelit and Northern Lights saunas. Dolphins are often spotted from the beach. Sessions can be booked online (with vouchers and packages available) or by phone, and the sauna has been listed in the Irish Independent's Top 10 places to experience in Ireland in 2026.
