TNT Gyms is a premium fitness brand with five branches across the Tricity, offering structured, trainer-led sessions in cardio, CrossFit, yoga, kickboxing, Zumba and Bhangra cardio, plus strength and functional training. Programs are organised into four zones: Strength & CrossFit, Cardio & Dance, Combat & Conditioning, and Mind & Recovery.

Each branch has a fully equipped strength and cardio floor, certified fitness consultants, private washrooms, and a steam bath. Members can also use a free-Wi-Fi lounge and an in-house café. New members start with a free trial session and a body assessment, and one membership is valid across the brand's branches.

Founded in 2013, the gym is open Monday to Saturday from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
