Yoga Home Sligo is a Sligo-based yoga practice run by Cathi Murphy (E-RYT 500, MFA), offering embodied, mindfulness-rooted yoga for everyday living. Drawing on yoga and Buddhist dharma teachings, with lovingkindness (Metta) and the Brahma Viharas woven through everything it does, it combines in-person weekly courses with a flexible online offering.

Autumn 6-week series include GRIT&Grace Alignment Flow Yoga (Levels 1 and 2) and Mindful Yoga: Embracing Embodied Wisdom (all levels), each priced at €120 with access to online resources to support home practice.

Beyond the classroom there is an on-demand online library of 100+ hours, a monthly subscription with a live Zoom session with Cathi, pay-as-you-go recorded courses, free chair yoga, and the Sligo Insight Sangha community.
