Warrior Yoga Sligo

Warrior Yoga Sligo is a home studio at Moon Hill Lodge near Knocknarea, run by Registered Senior Yoga Teacher Saoirse, who has taught since 2013. The studio combines yoga with sound healing, energetic activation and Vedic astrology, drawing on Yogic disciplines and Vedanta philosophy.

Classes and courses include slow, deep Yin & Tonic Yin Yoga, which closes with a sound-led relaxation, as well as sound baths and seasonal ritual evenings such as a Samhain Celtic New Year gathering. The approach uses breath, movement, sound and stillness to support nervous system regulation and self-exploration, for both personal and corporate wellness.
