Train Urban is a boutique fitness gym located in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter, offering private personal training and group fitness classes. Classes are expertly programmed over an 8-week cycle and include Strength, Conditioning, and HYROX sessions held Monday to Saturday.
With experienced trainers and a welcoming environment, Train Urban also offers day passes, venue hire, onsite physiotherapy, corporate classes, and a twice-yearly fitness retreat in Greece.
