TriFit at Evreham offers personal fitness coaching and Pilates from a private boutique studio known as 'the Pod' in Iver, Buckinghamshire. The 200 sq ft Pod features underfloor heating, weights, slam balls, TRX and focus pads, and clients also receive free access to Evreham Sports Centre.

Sessions are delivered one-to-one by a DBS-checked, Emergency First Aid qualified personal trainer with over 15 years of experience and a five-star Google rating. The approach is relaxed and pressure-free — no shouting, no intimidating gym culture — with every programme tailored to the individual. All-Inclusive PT packages include free group Pilates classes and a welcome gift.

WhatsApp support is available seven days a week, and pre- and post-natal exercise qualifications are held.
