Twerk After Work™ is London's leading twerk dance fitness studio, founded by Bami after she turned her workplace frustration into a vibrant movement. Classes are held in King's Cross and Islington (N1) on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, with additional sessions in Peckham and worldwide online. Over 20,000 people have taken part so far.

The studio also offers a certified Twerk After Work™ Instructor Course, twerk parties, and corporate events, and has worked with global brands including Nike, Disney, Facebook and Vogue.
