UN1T Stillorgan is a coach-led group training studio on the first floor of Stillorgan Village Centre, part of the UN1T Dublin family alongside the Hatch Street studio. Built around the idea of 'training as one', sessions blend strength, conditioning and hybrid formats, plus HYROX race-prep, active recovery and mobility, a 50+ club and post-natal classes.

Classes run for an hour and are open to all levels, with certified coaches who learn your name, track your benchmarks and scale movements to suit you, including members with injuries or health conditions. New members can start with a free consultation including an InBody scan and three free classes, or a 14-day unlimited reset trial.

Regular social events help build a friendly, no-judgement community.
