F45 Training

F45 Training is a global functional group training brand that blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training and functional training into a single 45-minute class. Born in Australia, it promises group training with the effectiveness and attention of a certified personal trainer.

Workouts are built from a database of over 5,000 exercises and 80+ class formats, spanning cardio, resistance, hybrid and recovery sessions, plus specialty programmes such as HYROX, PEAK500 and LionHeart. No two sessions are the same, and classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels, with coaches offering modifications for injuries and beginners.

Community is central to the experience, and members describe a supportive, non-judgemental atmosphere. The F45 Training app lets members find studios, book classes, join global challenges, follow meal plans and recipes from dietitians, track LionHeart results and do at-home workouts.
