The timetable mixes strength, conditioning, boxing and Pilates, with classes such as Build (progressive strength), Hybrid (cardio plus strength), small group personal training, Box + Build, Glutes + Core and a signature Saturday Sweat.

Pilates classes run from beginner-friendly Foundations to all-levels Flow, both on the mat and focused on core strength, mobility, balance and control. Sessions are coach-led and scaled to each person's level, and no prior experience is needed. New members can start with three classes for €35 and try any class type before choosing a membership.

Bookings are made via the website or the club's app, and there is plenty of free parking out front.
