DUBLIN TOMIKI AIKIDO

Dublin Tomiki Aikido (DTA) is a not-for-profit, volunteer-run Tomiki/Shodokan Aikido and Sport Aikido club based at the Belgard Youth & Community Centre in Tallaght, South Dublin, a short walk from the Belgard Luas stop. Training takes place on a 124-tatami area laid over a sprung wooden sports floor.

Classes run for juniors (6-9), youth (10-16) and adults (16+), from complete beginners to experienced players, and no prior fitness is needed. The club is a registered member of the Irish Martial Arts Commission, is affiliated to the British Aikido Association, and is the home dojo of the Irish National Senior and Junior Sport Aikido squads.

Monthly fees are kept affordable, with discounted rates for full-time students and the unemployed.
