Wellness With Becky is a cosy yoga shala in Horsforth, West Yorkshire, run by Becky — a full-time yoga teacher since 2010 and TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) Provider since 2018. Classes are small and intimate (max 8–10 students), covering Ashtanga Vinyasa, prenatal yoga, hip mobility, core strength, restorative yoga, and workshops.

Private and online classes are also available. Becky spent 12 years in Asia teaching and running her own yoga shala in Phuket before founding Wellness With Becky in 2017.
