WellNest Only

WellNest is London Bridge's all-in-one wellness destination set inside a listed Victorian railway arch on Crucifix Lane, SE1. Under one roof you'll find reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga and breathwork classes led by specialist instructors, alongside a full recovery suite with Finnish sauna, Himalayan salt sauna, six ice baths, a hot tub and red light therapy.

Private treatment rooms offer massage and restorative bodywork, while a café, juice bar and co-working space with fibre optic Wi-Fi mean you can make a full day of it. Five minutes from London Bridge station and steps from Borough Market, WellNest is designed for people who want movement, recovery and community in a single, beautifully designed space.
