Werk Well is an all-women's dance and wellness community based in Milton Keynes, founded by Millie — a dancer with over 20 years of experience and a registered mental health nurse. Classes blend twerk fitness, Afro-fusion, hip-hop, and mindful movement to help women sweat, build strength, and reconnect with themselves in a safe, inclusive space.

The timetable includes Werk Well Twerk, Bounce & Burn, Stretch & Flow, and Pelvic Pilates — all levels welcome, with 1-2-1 sessions also available.
