Workout with PRIDE is an LGBT+ group fitness community in London offering a welcoming, inclusive environment for all people to learn to lift and exercise correctly. The studio runs Functional Strength classes, Strength Circuits, #PROUD Cycle (indoor cycling), and 1-2-1 or small-group Personal Training. The motto — "Feeling strong comes in all shapes and sizes!"
