Birch Tree Yoga & Therapy Centre is a tranquil, sustainably built yoga and therapy space near Carrickmacross in County Monaghan, founded by Emma Jane Hoey. The centre offers weekly yoga classes, including mixed ability, improvers and restorative and slow movement, alongside a wide range of therapies.

A seasonal calendar of workshops and day retreats is open to everyone, with or without a yoga practice. Workshops include use of a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, and retreat days add a vegetarian, gluten-free lunch. There is also women's support work, and the remote, natural setting is an integral part of the experience.
