Teacher Dearbhla has been a qualified yoga instructor since 2006, with additional training in pregnancy and mother & baby yoga, yoga therapy, Ayurvedic nutrition and foam rolling, and is also a qualified massage therapist. The approach aims to help with stress, tension, anxiety and low mood while boosting energy levels.
