Yoga-Fit offers Flow Yoga classes in Brighton's Seven Dials area, running both in-person sessions at Open Space Studios and BHASVIC Dance Studio, as well as live online classes via Zoom. Led by teacher Danny, the timetable features weekly morning and evening flow classes suitable for all levels.
