Manchester Yoga Central is an atmospheric warehouse yoga retreat where candlelight, sacred oils and carefully curated eastern soundtracks set the scene for practice. Founded by yoga teacher, Reiki master and Shiatsu therapist Nikki Cohen, the studio is known for its multi-layered offering across yoga, spirituality, sound, shamanism and meditation.

Beyond regular practice, it runs full- and half-day Sunday Sessions retreats, workshops with in-house and visiting international teachers, holistic trainings in massage and more, as well as space hire and corporate wellbeing sessions. Based in Victoria Warehouse in Trafford Wharf Road, Stretford, it offers a calm, immersive space for both yoga and deeper spiritual exploration.
