Yoga, Meditation & Therapy Space is a welcoming multi-teacher yoga and wellness centre based at the Earthbeat Centre in Saltburn.

The studio offers a wide variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Kundalini, Dru, Ashtanga, Satyananda Tradition, QiYoga, Gentle Yoga and Nurturing Yoga, alongside sound immersions, meditation, massage therapy and special events such as workshops, day retreats and kirtan evenings.

Classes are hosted both in-person at the studio on Marske Road and online via Zoom, with sessions led by principal teacher Lesley Wood and a community of visiting teachers.
