Yoga with Tori - Braunstone

Yoga with Tori offers community group yoga and exercise classes across Leicester, including a Thursday evening Beginners Yoga class at The Winstanley School in Braunstone Town. Classes run in a welcoming, informal and relaxed environment — no experience, special clothing or own mat required.

The Braunstone session follows a traditional structure including Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mantra (chanting), Asana (poses) and Dhyana/Savasana (meditation and relaxation). Adjustments are available for disabilities, injuries or chronic illness, and all are welcome regardless of age, gender or background.

Private Yoga & Pilates tuition, wellbeing events and retreats are also offered across the network.
