Yoga with Tori - Glenfield

Yoga with Tori offers friendly, community-focused yoga and exercise classes across multiple Leicester locations, including Glenfield. Classes are inclusive and welcoming to complete beginners, people with disabilities, injuries or chronic conditions, and members of the LGBTQ+ community — no experience, special clothing or mat required.

At Glenfield, sessions include Yoga for Beginners (mat-based, with kneeling and laying postures) and Keep Moving (low-impact aerobics, strength and flexibility to 60s & 70s music). Each class follows a relaxed, traditional structure incorporating pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra, asana and meditation/relaxation.

Private yoga and Pilates tuition, wellbeing events and retreats are also available. A portion of class proceeds supports local Leicester charities.
