Yoga with Tori - Scraptoft

Yoga with Tori offers community group yoga and exercise classes across multiple Leicester locations, including Scraptoft. Classes are informal, welcoming and relaxed, with no experience, special clothing or equipment required.

At Scraptoft, sessions include Yoga for Beginners (mat-based, with laying and kneeling postures) and Gentle Seated Chair Yoga (low impact, suitable for everyone including those with arthritis and fibromyalgia). Classes follow a traditional structure incorporating Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mantra (chanting), Asana (poses) and Dhyana/Savasana (meditation and relaxation).

Tori also offers private yoga and pilates tuition, wellbeing events and retreats. A portion of class proceeds supports local charities including Leicester Animal Aid, Wishes 4 Kids Leicester, Rainbows Children's Hospices and Loros Hospice Leicester.
