Yoga with Tori - Syston

Yoga with Tori offers community group yoga and exercise classes across multiple locations in and around Leicester. Classes at the Syston venue include Gentle Seated Chair Yoga, welcoming beginners and those with conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia.

All classes follow a traditional structure incorporating pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra (chanting), asana (poses) and dhyana/savasana (meditation and relaxation). The environment is informal, welcoming and relaxed — no flexibility, special clothing or your own mat is required. Private yoga and pilates tuition, wellbeing events and retreats are also available.

A portion of class proceeds supports local charities including Leicester Animal Aid, Wishes 4 Kids Leicester, Rainbows Children's Hospices and Loros Hospice Leicester.
