Yoga4all is Suzanne Kenny's boutique studio at Airside Retail Park in Swords, north Dublin, offering aerial yoga, PowerFlow and the newly added Yoga Wall. Suzanne brings over 20 years of teaching experience (500hr teacher training completed in 2004) and a passion for functional movement, strength and mobility.

Aerial classes use hammocks to explore flying asanas, vinyasa variations and levitating meditations, while 60-minute PowerFlow classes blend traditional yoga sequences with barre-style moves and always include progressions and modifications.

Classes are beginner-friendly, with in-person sessions in Swords and Enniskerry/Bray, live Zoom PowerFlow on Mondays and Tuesdays, plus aerial soundbaths, kids' birthday parties and retreats.
