Yoga Sanctuary is a boutique yoga studio at 11 Townyard Lane in Malahide, Co. Dublin, founded and directed by Erica Tracey. The small, welcoming studio runs a wide timetable, from Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Flow, Heat Flow and Mindful Flow to Gentle Flow, Candlelight Yin with meditation, and mat Pilates.

Classes suit all levels, including beginners, and are pre-booked online because spaces are limited. Beyond the weekly schedule, the studio offers 200-hour Yoga Alliance-recognised teacher training, CPD modules such as Restorative Yoga training, workshops, retreats and day retreats. It also provides workplace wellbeing programmes and career and life coaching.

The emphasis is on self-love, community connection and working at your own pace.
