Tree of Life is an award-winning counselling and holistic wellbeing centre in the seaside village of Malahide, north Dublin, founded in 2006 and voted 'Best Holistic Therapy Centre County Dublin'.

Housed in a bright upper-floor space at Kilronan House on Church Road, it combines counselling and psychotherapy for adults, teens and children with holistic treatments such as acupuncture, acu-massage and reflexology.

The centre also runs gentle and dynamic yoga classes, meditation and mindfulness courses, sound baths and one-off workshops for beginners through to experienced practitioners. A spacious, daylight-filled room that fits 20-25 yoga mats is available for venue hire seven days a week, and the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and non-judgemental.
