YOGAfriendly Kingsley

YOGAfriendly is a yoga and meditation teaching practice led by Suzi Giffin, a certified British Wheel of Yoga instructor with 30 years of experience and a diploma from The Centre of Yoga Studies. The network offers small, informal group classes across multiple venues in Bristol and North Somerset.

At Kingsley Hall on 134 Old Street, Clevedon, a Friday morning class runs from 10:00–11:15, welcoming beginners, improvers and those dealing with anxiety. The class is also available simultaneously on Zoom. The teaching style is rooted in the Vini-Yoga tradition, emphasising breathing, slow dynamic movement and individual attention.

Additional offerings across the network include Over 50s Yoga, guided meditation, one-to-one sessions, workplace yoga and mindfulness, and seasonal workshops.
