YOGAfriendly North Weston Village

YOGAfriendly is a yoga teaching practice led by Suzi Giffin, a certified British Wheel of Yoga instructor with over 30 years of experience and a diploma from The Centre of Yoga Studies. The network offers weekly group yoga and meditation classes across Bristol and North Somerset.

At North Weston Village Hall in Portishead, a Tuesday afternoon class (13:45–15:00) is held for beginners and those over 50. The approach is rooted in the Vini-Yoga tradition, emphasising breathing, slow dynamic movement and individual attention, making classes safe and suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level or experience.
