Yogalates London offers award-winning classes in the Solomon Yogalates Method — an intelligent fusion of Hatha yoga and mat-Pilates — at St Stephen's Church in St Margarets, Twickenham. Led by Beth, London's leading specialist in the method, classes are designed to strengthen deep core muscles, improve posture, build muscle tone and bone density, and relieve stress.

The approach draws on the latest research in functional movement, back-care and therapeutic exercise, making it accessible for a wide range of ages and abilities. Private tuition, an on-demand online studio, and Yogalates teacher training are also available.
