Tracey Howard is a certified Zumba instructor based in the Bolton/Bury area with over 13 years of experience teaching fun, easy-to-follow dance-based fitness classes in local community venues. She holds licences in Zumba Basic 1, Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao, Zumba Gold and Zumba Gold Toning, and has been a ZIN member since March 2012.

Classes are beginner-friendly, low-impact and held in a warm, welcoming atmosphere — no dance background required. Her Zumba Gold sessions are especially suited to beginners, active older adults and those returning to exercise, focusing on balance, coordination and range of motion through simplified choreography.
