Acro Yoga Stockholm

AcroYoga Stockholm was founded in 2009 by Tobias Strollo and Gabriella Bergbäck and has since offered acroyoga classes and workshops for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. The business combines the principles of yoga with acrobatics and healing arts, with a focus on trust, playfulness and community. The founders have extensive experience in Thai massage, circus and acrobatics from training programmes around the world.

In addition to regular classes, AcroYoga Stockholm organises international retreats and teacher training courses, including their own concept The Acro Way Teacher Training. Weekly classes are currently held in Mallorca every Friday evening, and the programme also includes multi-day Acro House stays and festival-format events in Mallorca during summer and autumn.

The business also offers Vinyasa Yoga with Gabi as well as a rehabilitation-focused programme called The Acro Back. Teaching takes place in both Swedish and English, and the website caters to a broad audience, whether one is looking for a one-off class, a retreat experience or a full teacher training.
