AIK Boxning

AIK Boxning is a boxing club in Hagalund in Solna, affiliated with Allmänna Idrottsklubben – one of Sweden's oldest and largest sports organisations. The club was founded in 2014 and has been based in its own premises since 2017, in what is known as the heart of AIK territory.

Training is open to both boys and girls from the age of nine and upwards. The offering is focused on boxing as a sport, with sessions running Monday to Thursday and on Fridays for the competition group. The coaches are well-qualified trainers and leaders who work with everyone from beginners to competitive athletes. It is a club-driven environment rather than a commercial fitness centre, which creates a different social context from typical boutique studios.

A good fit if you want to train boxing seriously, whether you are a beginner or aiming for competition – and would prefer to do so within a sports club with a long history.
