AIK Brottning – Wresfit

AIK Brottning is one of Stockholm's more established wrestling clubs, based in Solna on Gelbgjutarevägen. The club offers training for a wide range of ages and ambition levels, from the very youngest in Brottarlekis to adults seeking fitness and strength training through the Wresfit concept.

In between there is Tjejgruppen, a Intermediate group for 6–9-year-olds, a Youth group for 10–17-year-olds, a Beginners group and an Elite group for competition-oriented practitioners. Training takes place in structured groups led by coaches, with a focus on technique, physical ability and competition depending on level.

What sets AIK Brottning apart is the combination of a comprehensive youth programme and high-level competitive activity — the club has among other things produced national champions and world medallists.

Suitable for those who want to start wrestling from scratch, have a child looking for an organised combat sport with a strong club culture, or are an experienced practitioner with their sights set on competition.
