AIM Studio Nacka

AIM Studio in Nacka is a 1,000 square metre training facility spread across two floors in Ektorps centrum. The gym is equipped with cardio and strength machines as well as free weights from Technogym, a stretching area and a functional area with airbikes, ski erg machines, rowing machines and kettlebells. In addition to the gym, a broad timetable of group fitness classes is offered for all levels and ages, along with personal training, PT groups (TEAM training with 4–5 people and a PT), workshops and treatments such as classic massage, lymphatic drainage massage, medical laser and jaw joint treatment.

The studio is staffed with a reception and membership advisers, and the atmosphere is practical and inclusive rather than exclusive. There is also the option to supplement training with a body composition analysis via InBody 270, which measures muscle, fat and water mass. What sets AIM Studio apart is the combination of gym floor, instructor-led classes and access to treatment rooms — all under one roof with opening hours of 05:00–23:00 every day.
