Alpha United

ALPHA United in Johanneshov is part of ALPHA Training Center Idrottsförening, which runs two facilities in southern Stockholm – the other is located in Bagarmossen. The association offers a varied range of training with a focus on Thai boxing, strength training, yoga and thairobics, and caters to people of all ages, from children from the age of six to seniors.

At the Johanneshov facility, which goes by the name ALPHA United and is located on Lågskärsvägen in Kärrtorp, group training and scheduled classes are held across several disciplines. Membership can be taken out for one or both facilities, and there is the option of direct debit or termly payment depending on preference. Personal training is also available for those who prefer individual guidance.

The association operates on a term-based structure and offers a wide range of training passes and combined memberships. For beginners, there is a free trial class offer that includes two free classes. The booking system is managed via the platform Zoezi, and communication takes place primarily by email and through the association's social media.
