Angelie's Face and Body Treatment in Hägersten combines beauty treatments, massage, foot care and group fitness under one roof. The range is broad: on the fitness side there is Poweryoga, Flowy yoga, Yinyoga, Bodybalance, Bootymove, Base Core, Zumba and Afropower Moves – classes covering everything from mobility and core strength to dance-inspired cardio.

In addition to group classes, personal training with tailored programmes is offered, as well as nutritional guidance. On the treatment side there is classic facial treatment, Angelie's Aroma Anti-Stress Massage, neck and scalp massage, foot care and manicure.

The studio is run by Angelie Jensen, who has a background from, among other places, Sturebadet and Grand Beauty at Grand Hotel, and all operations are based on vegan and organic products.

What sets the place apart from dedicated yoga studios is the combination of wellbeing, beauty and movement in one – visitors can book a massage chair, a couple of yoga classes and foot care in the same visit. The wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) is accepted and discounts are given to students, pensioners and pupils enrolled in the fitness classes.
