ATC Nacka

Athlete Training Center Nacka, known as ATC Nacka, is a training centre located at Boovägen 79 in Saltsjö-Boo. The facility caters to three different target groups: individuals who wish to train on their own, sports clubs and teams looking to raise their performance level, and companies seeking wellness solutions for their employees. The training methods are grounded in science, with a focus on strength, conditioning, mobility and sport-specific training.

The centre has previously collaborated with well-known clubs and organisations in Swedish sport, including Hammarby, Svenska Ishockeyförbundet and Boo FF. In addition to gym training, ATC Nacka offers personal training and various bookable services, as well as an exercise library on its website with instructions for exercises both with and without equipment.

The gym is open on weekdays between 06.00 and 22.00, and at weekends between 08.00 and 20.00. The facility suits both beginners and experienced practitioners looking for a structured, results-oriented training environment in the Nacka area.
